1 cup sugar-free white chocolate chips

1 cup cherries (fresh or dried)
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix Artisana cashew butter, monk fruit sweetener, egg, and vanilla extract and vanilla paste in a bowl.
Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt.
Fold in shredded chocolate chips and cherries.
Scoop onto a lined baking sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
