1 cup Artisana Macadamia Butter

1/2 cup monk fruit sweetener

1 large egg

1 tbsp of vanilla paste

1 cup all-purpose flour (or gluten-free flour)

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut

1 cup mango chunks (fresh or dried)

¾ cup of sugar-free white chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix Artisana Macadamia Butter, monk fruit sweetener, egg, and vanilla in a bowl.
Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt.
Fold in shredded coconut, chocolate chips and mango chunks.
Scoop onto a lined baking sheet.
Bake for 11 minutes until golden.
Cool on a wire rack before enjoying!
