Salad Dressing

Green, dreamy, and so Tahini, dress your favorite salads with this special sauce.Use as a dip for cruditƩs, or mix with pasta for a spin on pesto.

1 cup fresh parsley
1 cup arugula
1 Tbsp Artisana Organics Unroasted Tahini
2 tablespoons fresh tarragon
3 tablespoons fresh chives
1 garlic clove
Ā¼ cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon Organic White Wine Vinegar
Ā½ cup Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Ā¼ cup water
Ā½ teaspoon salt
Ā¼ teaspoon pepper
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
To serve, drizzle over crispy greens like romaine (add an extra squeeze of lemon and sprinkle of salt after tossing greens with dressing), use as a dip for cruditƩs, or mix with pasta for a spin on pesto.
