Salad Dressing

This tasty dressing is the perfect pair for your favorite caesar. Using our raw tahini, it creates a creamy and savory mouthful. Best part- it’s dairy-free and Whole30 compatible. Enjoy this easy-to-make creation!
¼ cup tahini
¼ cup mayo
¾ cup olive oil
½ half lemon, juiced
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp fish sauce (use capers to make it vegan instead)
1 tsp coconut aminos
1 tsp water
1 Tbsp dijon mustard
¼ tsp red pepper flakes
salt & pepper to taste
Combine all of the dressing ingredients into a high powered blender or use an immersion blender. Blend on medium to high settings until it is fully emulsified.
Slowly add more water while blending if you want a thinner consistency.
Serve with your favorite caesar salad rendition. Enjoy!
