The texture is creamy and a light taste. I use it to make millet balls coated in chocolate. I highly recommend. I've been using it for a couple of years.

Smooth Texture and Great Taste !

This cashew butter is delicious! I have had it in the past, but more recently have been purchasing the almond butter (also delicious.) These butters make a good snack, whether on a cracker or out of the jar. I have found some recipes that I want to try using the Artisana products. I enjoy baking, and select only recipes that contain healthy ingredients.
Lastly, THANK YOU for now using only cardboard products in shipping the butters. It was good to not see Styrofoam peanuts in the box.
