I love the taste and texture of the cashew butter. It is creamy and smooth with nothing added to it. Just pure cashews that spread easily on bread or sometimes I just take a teaspoon of it for a quick pick-me-up! It is delicious and I get the 8 pound bucket that lasts me several months.
