These white chocolate chip cookies are gluten free and low in sugar. Made using our Organic Raw Almond Butter and Artisana Organics Almond Granola they are perfect dunkable cookies! Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free, No Cane-sugar.
1 cup of Gluten-Free Flour
1 cup of Artisana Organics Almond Granola
1/4 tsp of baking salt
1/2 cup of granulated monk fruit
3/4 cup of Artisana Organics Raw Almond Butter
⅓ cup freeze dried strawberries
2 whole eggs
2 Tbsp of almond milk
2 tsp of vanilla extract
1/3 cup of Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Mix all the dry ingredients for the cookies, just half of the white chocolate chips.
Add the wet ingredients and mix until fully incorporated.
Create 15 cookies and place them on a baking tray.
Add the rest of the chocolate chips.
Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes.
Bake for 13 minutes.
Cool and enjoy!
