Impress your family with these adorable dairy-free cookie dough brownies using our raw organic cashew butter for the main ingredient. They are a no bake recipe that is also free of refined sugar and gluten.
8 whole medjool dates
1/2 cup almond flour
1/3 cup cacao powder
2 tbsp pure maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup Artisana Organics cashew butter
1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup melted Artisana Organics Coconut Oil
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup chocolate chips
.5-1 tsp blue spirulina
4 Tbsp vegan butter
3/4 cup powdered monk fruit (or organic powdered sugar)
1 Tbsp almond milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
If your dates aren't very soft then soak them in hot water for 20 min + to help soften them before trying to process
Process brownie ingredients together, then press down into 9x5 loaf pan lined with parchment paper
Mix together cookie dough ingredients, and fold in chocolate chips
Press over the top brownie layer and place in the freezer 30min +
Make frosting by beating softened butter until light and fluffy, 30 seconds to 1 minute. Add sugar, 1 teaspoon of almond milk, vanilla extract, and salt
Press frosting over the top cookie dough layer, place homemade candy eyes and crushed cookies
Place in the fridge 30min+ or until frosting is firm enough to cut through
Slice and enjoy!
