We combined our vegan hazelnut cacao spread with bananas to form the creamy base of these delicious summer popsicles. Drop in whatever berries you have this season for an extra burst of color and flavor! Watch the video of how to make these here.
Handful of assorted berries
2 bananas
¼ cup cacao powder
2 Tbsp date syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 ½ cups coconut milk or 1 ½ cups water plus 2 additional Tbsp date syrup
Prepare popsicle molds by placing a couple berries in the bottom of each popsicle mold.
Place all other ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour blended liquid into the popsicle molds and freeze.
Serving size will vary based on size of popsicle molds. If you have extra, you can always pour it into ice cube trays or blend the leftovers with ice for a dessert smoothie.
