Incredibly delicious. I prefer to grind my own (to avoid shells and keep down the cost of organic/raw) but I used up the engine of a pricey food processor and needed to find an alternative. This is a great alternative although I did find two small ground shell pieces in our large 8lb. pail. Committed to eating slowly.
