These gluten-free, vegan, and low-sugar treats are made with Artisana Organic Hazelnut Cacao Spread, crafted from simple ingredients, making it the perfect base for these delightful cookies. Ingredients

1 cup of gluten-free flour

1 pinch of kosher salt

1 cup of Artisana Hazelnut Cacao Spread

1 cup of crushed pecans

1/4 tsp of almond extract

1 tbsp of vanilla paste (or extract)

3/4 cup of powdered monk fruit
Coating

2/3 cup of powdered monk fruit
Directions
Preheat at 350F.
Mix the dry ingredients for the cookies.
Add in the wet ingredients for the cookies and mix until everything comes together, you might need your hands.
Create 17 cookie dough balls.
Bake for 10 minutes and let them cool after.
Cover them in powdered monk fruit and enjoy!
