The perfect Spring breakfast to start your day off right using our Macadamia nut butter for a creamy finish. Vegan, Gluten-Free.
Ingredients
Oat filling
-
1 cup GF oats
-
1 ½ Tbsp chia seeds
-
¾ cup plant based yogurt
-
½ banana, mashed
-
1/4 tsp vanilla
-
1 cup frozen wild blueberries
-
Juice of a half a lemon
-
Zest of half a lemon
-
3/4 cup plant-based milk
Spring Toppings
-
2 Tbsp Artisana Organics Macadamia Coconut Butter
-
1-2 Tbsp Pistachios, chopped
-
Fresh Blueberries
-
Thinly sliced lemon
-
Viola flowers (optional) and edible!!
Directions
Combine oats, chia, yogurt, banana, blueberries, lemon juice, lemon zest and milk into an airtight container the night before. (You can omit this prep step and do it all in the morning if you don’t need to soak them overnight).
Mix thoroughly to combine.
In the morning add one of your servings into a bowl and top with the DELICIOUS Mac-coco butter, sliced lemon, pistachios, blueberries and violas for that beautiful spring flai.
