Mantequilla De Coco Orgánica Cruda

This is a staple in my home. I put it in my coffee, matcha and baked goods

I was actually hoping for a pure coconut flavor. While okay this coconut butter had the texture, consistency and flavor of coconut flour which I am familiar with. Also, you had to be careful when eating it as I has the tendency to stick in your esophagus and can cut off your breathing.

I buy and eat a ton!

Good coconut butter. I use it mostly in cooking. I like that it comes in a glass jar.
One complaint that I have with all Aritsana product is that the label is plastic and very difficult to remove if I want to reuse the jar. I often also give them to our local Amish who reuse them for canning. Lots of companies use paper labels with just a strip of glue where the two ends of the label meet, or some variation of it. It would be so much better for the environment! Come on, Artisana! Be more eco-friendly, like Eden Foods, or Tierra Farm.
