A new take on a childhood classic! These butterfinger beauties include turmeric for an extra pizazz, swirled in with our best selling Cashew Butter. It’s a crunchy bite of nostalgia that will bring you so much joy. This is a candy bar the entire family will love!
1 cup GF cornflakes, crushed into crumb-sized pieces (about 1.5 cup before mashing)
1/3-½ cup maple syrup
1 cup Artisana Organics Raw Cashew Butter
2 tsp turmeric powder (for color)
1 cup dairy free chocolate chips
2 Tbsp Artisana Organics Coconut Oil
In a microwave safe bowl, melt maple syrup and cashew butter for 10-15 seconds until softened. Combine thoroughly with a spatula. You can also use a stove top and melt on low in a pot until mixed well.
Stir in turmeric and crushed cornflakes.
Pour mixture into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper. Press and distribute evenly. Cover and let set in the freezer for 1-2 hours, until firm.
Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave. Stir to combine until smooth.
Dip and coat bars into chocolate using a serving spoon or a fork. Let set in the freezer.
Enjoy! Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
