Enjoy the end of the summer with this fresh edamame harvest salad using our raw tahini butter. With freshly chopped apples and pears, avocado, and fresh garden herbs, fall is being welcomed so deliciously. Vegan, Gluten-free, Whole30
Ingredients

2 Tbsp Artisana Organic Raw Tahini Butter
1 Tbsp toasted sesame oil
½ Tbsp maple syrup (sub 2 dates for whole30)
1-2 fresh squeezed limes
¼ tsp apple cider vinegar (hint use the cap of the bottle)
Dash of salt
1-2 Tbsp water depending on desired viscosity

2 cups shelled edamame
2 medium-large ripe avocados, cubed
1 bartlett pear
1 pink lady apple
3 green onions, finely chopped
7-10 leaved of basil, finely chopped
¼ cup chopped walnuts
Directions
Prepare the dressing by adding all the ingredients together in a quart size mason jar. Blend with an immersion blender. OR, put all ingredients into a blender quickly for 10 seconds.
Prepare your salad in a large serving bowl.
Pour the dressing onto the salad, and mix together.
Serve and enjoy this tasty end of summer salad.
