Catch a little bite of this monkey bread using our Almond Butter. Vegan, Gluten-Free, Sugar-Free.
Ingredients
- 
3 cups of gluten free bagel bites (or bread cut in cubes)
 - 
1/3 cup of egg white
 - 
            
1 Tbsp of Artisana Organics Almond butter
 - 
1/4 cup of coconut yogurt
 - 
3 Tbsp of granulated monk fruit
 - 
1 tsp of vanilla extract
 
Toppings
- 
1/4 cup of frozen cranberries (+ stevia and 2 tbsp of water microwaved for 1 minute).
 - 
            
1 Tbsp of Artisana Organics Almond Butter
 
Directions
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Mix all the ingredients for the monkey bread and transfer into a small greased baking dish.
Bake for 20-22 minutes.
Once baked and cooled add your toppings and enjoy!
